JailbreakMe 3.0 Release Date Leaked – Said To Be July 5th
For people who didn’t already know, JailbreakMe 3.0 was leaked earlier this holiday weekend and Comex has been racing against Apple to release the official jailbreak tool before Apple patches it with iOS 4.3.4. Speculation previously pointed to Comex having a little less than 10 days to release his jailbreak tool. The speculation was solely coming from the fact that it took Apple 10 days to patch the exploit for JailbreakMe 2.0 and this time around, Apple probably had teams on standby awaiting for the tool to be released. Jailbreak editor and writer @paulpols discovered another leak from Will Sayer, who was the person who leaked all the files to begin with. After communicating with Comex via email, Comex mentioned the release date of his JailbreakMe 3.0 tool and Will Sayer leaked the information to the public yet again. The proof was found via @paulpol’s tweet, which mentioned the following: The leaker who keeps on leaking supposedly leaked an e-mail from @comex which includes an update on the jailbreak ETA • https://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a65/PSPlover11/ReleaseDate.jpg The picture shows the following email exchanges where the info was leaked (click it to see the actual length): According to the email, Comex should be releasing his JailbreakMe 3.0 tool to the public on July 5th. We aren’t quite sure how credible the source of information is, but @paulpols has had a pretty decent track record with information.
