JailbreakMe 3.0 Delayed AGAIN; No ETA Announced….
JailbreakMe 3.0, which was mentioned to be released either Wednesday or Sunday (June 22 or June 26) by Comex is confirmed to be delayed. As of right now there is currently no known ETA as Comex needs to iron out the unionfs before releasing the jailbreak tool to the public. The jailbreak is on the horizon and will be released once it is ready for public release but until then, we have no choice but to wait patiently. The delay was confirmed recently by another tweet made by @veeence, where he said the following: There’s currently no public ETA on JailbreakMe 3.0. It all depends on how fast the collateral damage of unionfs can be fixed. Looks like there is going to be a bit of a delay as Comex needs to iron out a few things but he is hard at work doing so. He hasn’t provided a new ETA just yet so that is something we will all have to keep an eye on.
