To do that, hundreds of grounds crew work through the work, replacing logos on the field as well as any identifiable markers in around New Meadowlands Stadium. Usually, more than 350 workers have about a week to do it, since the Giants and Jets often switch off weeks they’re playing at home.

But facilities workers only had 24 hours to do the switcheroo last week, since the Giants opened on Sunday afternoon against the Carolina Panthers and the Jets were scheduled for Monday Night Football against the Baltimore Ravens. That meant workers slogged through the night to get the job done. What you get to enjoy, from all that effort, is this amazing time-lapse video.

Sure gives a new meaning to the hurry-up offense.
