The famous and supposedly “retired” hacker, George Hots, better known as GeoHot has released the beta version of limera1n jailbreak tool.

He has published a photo on the limera1n site of 4 devices displaying the limera1n logo, calling it “limetime”…

This is BIG NEWS for the iPhone jailbreak community as limera1n (jailbreak tool for all iDevices on iOS 4.1) has been released – though it is for Windows only for now, Mac and Lunix versions are to be released soon.

This weekend is turning out to be a jailbreaker’s dream – Chronic Dev Team member Joshua Hill recently announced GreenPois0n Jailbreak tool to release 10/10/10 at 10:10AM (GMT). “Things have progressed to the point where we don’t expect anymore roadblocks. ETA for greenpois0n is 10/10/10 at 10:10:10AM.” so be on standby with your iDevices. uninstall in limera1n app doesn’t work, you can just delete the blackra1n.app directory, i need regression testing
