Dead Hooker, Devilish Deal Darken Archer's Second Season

SAN DIEGO — What makes the second season of Archer darker? A dead hooker, for starters.

Former Saturday Night Live actor Chris Parnell, who supplies the voice of Cyril Figgis in the adult-oriented animated spy comedy, says Season 2 will put his character through some serious changes.

“I think Cyril’s gonna continue to go on a darker and darker

path,” Parnell says, “which is exciting…. He’s a little lost, this guy.”

Parnell lays out more about the upcoming season, including Cyrill’s intraoffice sex spree and his deal with a Devil-like character, in this video interview conducted by Wired.com during Comic-Con International earlier this year.

Archer airs on FX.
